If you have received as defective item , all you need to do is , get in touch with our customer care at info@natursugar.in, on receipt of the defective product, the company will inspect the items for its original condition and have it replace. (1) Replacements are subject to availability of that particular product. (2) Products returns accepted on the following criteria or should be following satisfactory criteria: (A) The product should be unused and in good condition. (B) Product seal, packaging, label, tags, logos and boxes should be in original condition. (3) Once this eligibility criterion is met , you can repackage the product and sent it back. . Product will not be eligible for return under the following conditions: . (1) Misused products/ damaged products /opened /used product. . (2) Product without seal, box, tags, and without packaging accessories and material. (3) Wrong product ordered, disliking brands etc.
